Shipping Policy within India
 

- Free shipping on all orders above the value of 200 INR.

- Once the domestic order is placed, it takes 1 to 3 business days to dispatch after placing the order. Then 3 to 7 business days for it to get delivered.

-You will receive the order confirmation, tracking details and updates by email once your order has been placed.

- Additional shipping costs are assessed per kilogram for orders coming from outside India, and the total shipping costs are determined by the weight of the entire order package, which is determined at the time of checkout. We can ship locally within 3 to 7 working days following the order date. Due to high volume orders during peak seasons and holidays, as well as occasionally due to unanticipated and preventable events like political turmoil, public curfews, containment zones, etc., order shipment may be delayed by an additional 10 to 15 days. In such circumstances, our staff will phone or send you a letter informing you of the delay.

International Shipping Policy-
Orders from outside India are subject to an extra per-kg delivery fee, and the total shipping costs are determined at the time of checkout based on the weight of the entire order package.

Because we do not accept refunds or cancellations for foreign orders after the order has been completed, it is wise to familiarise yourself with your country's tax laws before making an order with us.We will not be responsible for product exchanges, returns, or cash refunds if the customer refuses to accept or pay any such customs fees for their overseas orders.For foreign orders, the dispatch time is 15–20 working days from the date of order placement.
