CANCELLATION & EXCHANGE POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY :

1. Upon placing an order, we offer you the convenience of cancelling prepaid or COD orders within 24 hours or before the order is packed. If you order is prepaid, we can refund the same amount within 2 to 5 business days or issue you a credit note.

Credit note: Validity of Credit voucher issued for order cancellation will be valid for 60 days.

2. If you would like to cancel, please email us at [email protected] or call our customer service department at +91 8799367704.

3. Cancellations made after the product has been shipped are subject to the return policy.

4. We shall inform the customer about the same via email on their registered email ID.

RETURN POLICY :

1. If you have received a damaged or tampered product or packaging, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Please email us your order ID at [email protected] and we'll ensure you a replacement with no additional cost.

2. If the product received is damaged, you can raise a return request within 7 days from your account. Create or log in to your account using your email address and request for exchange of the product. We will arrange for a pick up from your doorstep within 3-5 working days. you can exchange the damaged product with free of cost.

3. Return request will not be accepted through any other medium like email, Facebook, Instagram, chat or phone call.

4. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must provide proof of purchase or a receipt.

Note: Refund will be provided  as MyTtaksh credit note immediately if you prefer that

5. In case due to certain circumstances after raising the return request within 48 hours you are unable to return the shipment within the time frame no  refund would be made. 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY :

1. We make sure that our product listings are as accurate and descriptive as possible so that our customers can make informed choices. Before dispatching the orders, we undertake multi-level quality checks to ensure that your order reaches you in its perfect condition.

However, if you are received damaged product, we would be happy to help you with exchanges

2. we are not accepting any exchange except the product is damaged while receiving.

3. If you choose to exchange item purchased by you on MyTtaksh for any other item of the same or different value from MyTtaksh, in such a case, the difference amount will be charged or refunded to you post successful pick up of original item from you.

4. If you choose to exchange the item purchased by you on MyTtaksh within 3 days for the same size or different size of same style, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost.

5. The item(s) requested for exchange should be unused, unwashed, unworn, and must be returned with all its packaging and tags.

6. Once delivered, our bags, jewellery and items purchased from gift zone are non-exchangeable unless in rare cases the item is defective.

7. We provide detailed product descriptions for every outfit along with its colour, fit, wash care and other details. However, due to differences in every gadget’s display settings, colours, etc., there might be a slight colour difference. Therefore, we will not be able to entertain or accept exchange requests under colour difference, fabric material, quality, etc.
The item(s) requested for exchange should be unused, unwashed, unworn, and must be returned with all its packaging and tags.

8. Return or exchange of the exchanged product is not possible.

9. No discount will be given on exchange orders.
